👥 How to Add Users
Add new users to your workspace.
Inviting and adding users to your organization is essential for effective collaboration in Code Contract.
Only users with the Owner or Administrator role can perform this action.
👣 Steps to add a user
- Log in to Code Contract and go to Settings → Account → Users.
- Click the Invite User button (or similar).
- Fill in the user information:
- Full name
- Corporate email address
- Assign a role (Owner, Administrator, Editor, or Reader)
- (Optional) Assign the user to one or more work groups if configured.
- Click Send Invitation.
📩 What happens next
The user will receive an email with a link to complete their registration and join your organization. If the user already has an account, they will simply be added to the corporate workspace.

- Double-check the email address to avoid invitation errors.
- Assign the correct role according to the user’s responsibilities to ensure security and control.
- There is no limit to the number of users you can add.
