Download all documentation in Trackline
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, you can download all documents linked to a process to facilitate review, storage, or sharing.

What documents can you download?

• Documents uploaded by participants in different phases.
• Additional documents attached to each request.

How to download all documents of a process

1. Access the process
   From the Processes section, select the process from which you want to download the documents.
2. Find the option to download process documentation
   In the process view, locate the button to download all documents together.
3. Unzip and save the files individually
   A .zip file with all process documentation will be downloaded. You can unzip it and save the documents on your device for management or offline review.

How to download a document from a request in a process

1. Access the process
   From the Processes section, select the process from which you want to download the document.
2. Find the phase and request you want to download
   Within the process, locate the phase and specific request whose document you want to download.
3. Download the document
   Click the download button next to the request to download only that document.
4. Save the document
   Save the document on your device for management or offline review.
