🔄 Configuration of Phases and Requests in Trackline
Create, edit, and delete phases
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, phases and steps allow you to structure and organize the process clearly and efficiently, defining what must be done at each stage and who is responsible.
What is a phase?
A phase is a stage within the process that groups one or more requests or actions.
Phases help organize the workflow and control when and how information is requested.
What is a request?
A request is a specific action within a phase, such as completing a form, uploading a file, or both.
