Create processes based on multiple templates quickly
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, it is possible to create processes that combine several templates to automate complex workflows adapted to different needs within a single process.

Why use multiple templates in a process?

• Allows you to manage different subprocesses or stages with specific structures.
• Facilitates the reuse of templates already designed for different parts of the workflow.
• Improves flexibility and customization of the entire process.

How to create a process with multiple templates

1. Access the Processes section
   In the main Trackline menu, select Processes.
2. Start creating a new process
   Click Create new process to begin.
3. Select the templates you want to include
   In the configuration, choose several templates that will be part of the overall process.
4. Organize the order and sequence
   Define how the templates connect, the execution order, and the transitions between them.
5. Name the process
   Enter the name under which you want to save the process.
6. Save and activate the process
   Review all settings and activate the process to start running.
