Work groups allow you to organize users by departments, projects, or teams, making access management and collaboration within your organization easier.
👣 Steps to create a work group
- Log in to Code Contract and go to Settings → Users → Groups.
- Click Create new group.
- Enter a descriptive name for the group (e.g., Legal, HR, Logistics).
- (Optional) Add a description to clarify the purpose of the group.
- Save the group.
👥 How to assign users to a group
- Go to the list of users in Settings → Users.
- Select the user you want to assign.
- In the user profile, find the Groups option.
- Assign one or multiple groups as needed.
- Save the changes.
