Remove participants from a process
In Trackline, part of the Code Contract platform, removing a participant from an active process allows you to adjust participation in real time, preventing further involvement in assigned requests or phases.

Steps to remove a participant from a process

1. Go to the "Processes" section
   From the platform, open the active process where you want to remove the participant.
2. Find the phase or request
   Locate the specific phase or task where the participant is assigned.
3. Select the participant
   Within the request, identify the participant to be removed.
4. Remove the participant
   Click on the Remove or Delete option to exclude them from the request.
5. Save the changes
   Confirm and save to apply the removal within the process.
