🎨 Use of colors to identify what information has already been attached and what is missing
Identify within a process phase what information you already have and what is missing
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, the use of colors is a key visual tool to quickly identify which information or documents have already been delivered and validated, and which are still pending.
How does the color system work?
- Similar to WhatsApp, where ticks indicate the status of a message, in Trackline colors reflect the status of the requested information.
- Blue: Indicates that the information or document has been collected and validated, when required by the template.
- Gray or no color: Indicates that the information has been requested or is still pending validation.
Benefits of the color system
- Allows users and managers to see at a glance which requests are complete and which require attention.
- Facilitates efficient management and monitoring of the process without the need to open each request.
- Improves communication and reduces errors or delays in information delivery.
Where to see the colors
- In the request list of a process
Each request shows a color indicating its delivery and validation status. - In the detail of the phase or process
Colors are displayed alongside each document or data requested for quick visual control.
