Trackline is a feature of the Code Contract platform that allows us to automate the collection of information from start to finish without changing the way we work and without requiring registrations.
You may have received an email from the platform indicating that a company is requesting information through Trackline. That is why we have created this article to assist you.
How should I attach the documentation?
If you have received an email from a company using Trackline to request documentation, attaching the required files is very simple. In fact, it is as easy as sending an email.
- You will have received an email similar to this one, allowing you to click the "Attach documentation" button, click the provided link, or copy and paste it into your browser.

2. Once you click the link, a webpage will open (automatically adapting to your device—computer, mobile, or tablet) and will allow you to upload the documentation/information requested by the company.

3. After uploading the documents, you will be asked for a validation PIN (which appears in the initial email) or you can request a new PIN, which will be sent to you immediately via email. This PIN helps verify that the information is being sent from the correct account. Once the PIN is validated, you can proceed to submit the documents.

What file formats are accepted on the platform?
The platform allows information to be uploaded in various formats. The most commonly used include: PDF, Word, Excel, PNG, JPG, among others. It also supports videos, .zip, .iso, .irc, AutoCAD files, and more.
