Remove a participant from a process in real time
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, you can remove a participant from a specific request to adjust and optimize the process in real time according to the needs.

Steps to remove a participant

1. Access the process
   From the Processes section, select the process where you want to make the change.
2. Locate the phase and request
   Identify the specific phase and request from which you want to remove the participant.
3. Select and remove the participant
   Within the request, select the participant you wish to remove and use the option to delete them.
4. Save the changes
   Confirm the removal by saving the configuration so the changes are applied correctly.
