How to Find Your Validation PIN

For security purposes, users must enter a PIN before uploading or downloading information. This ensures that only authorized users can view or add sensitive data.

Each email sent by Trackline includes a 6-digit PIN located just below the button that links to the external page.
We recommend copying and pasting this PIN into the PIN field that appears when you click the button in the email.

Then, click the “Validate” button to confirm the PIN is correct.

If the PIN is invalid, you can click the “Request New PIN” button to receive a new one.
This will send a new email with a different 6-digit PIN to the same email address that received the original message.
