In SmartCheck, part of the Code Contract platform, you may encounter access issues either with your user account or with specific projects.
Here are the steps to help you recover access quickly.

Common Access Issues

  1. Forgotten password
    Use the “Reset Password” option on the login screen to receive a reset link via email.
  2. Blocked or deactivated account
    Contact your organization’s administrator or technical support to verify and unblock your account.
  3. Project permission issues
    If you can’t access a project, you may not have the right permissions. Ask an administrator to review and update your role.
  4. Technical issues or platform errors
    Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser or device. If the issue persists, contact support.
