Trackline is a feature of the Code Contract platform that allows us to automate the collection of information from start to finish, without changing the way we work and without requiring registrations.

Within the Trackline section, we can find three areas:

In this post, we will explain how templates work.

What are templates?
The platform was built to help us automate information collection, but this information may vary depending on the specific case and needs.

That is why we can customize their functionality in three very simple steps and automate information collection from start to finish in a personalized way.

📑 What do we want to request?
The platform can make different requests for information, regardless of the format. For each request, we can ask for: a document, text, and/or a file plus text. We can also create the types of documents or text we want to request.

⏰ When do we want to request it?
In addition to defining what we want to request, we can also organize in the platform when it should be requested by phases. Each phase can have as many requests as we want.

👥 Who do we want to involve?
The platform also allows us to decide the participants we want to involve (they do not need to register) and the role we want them to play.
