Find process information in seconds in Trackline
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, filtering processes allows you to quickly find those workflows that meet certain criteria, making management and monitoring more efficient.

What can you filter?

  • Process name: Search by process name.
  • Process status: Pending, scheduled, in progress, or completed.
  • Participants: Find processes involving specific users, internal or external.
  • Template name: Locate all processes created from a specific template.
  • Document type: Filter processes that include a request for a document you required.
  • Document name: Filter processes that include a document that was uploaded.
  • Additional data name: Filter processes that include a specific data field you requested.
  • Additional data value: Filter processes that include a value that was provided.
  • Dates: Find processes by date ranges.

How to apply filters

  1. Access the Processes section
    From Trackline, go to Processes to view the complete list.
  2. Open the filter panel
    Click the icon or button to display the filtering options.
  3. Select the desired criteria
    Check the conditions you want to apply to narrow down the list of processes.
  4. Apply the filter
    Confirm your selection to view only the processes that meet the criteria.
  5. Combine multiple filters
    You can use several criteria at once for a more precise search.
