Preview the last time a process had activity in Trackline
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, knowing the last update date of a process is essential to monitor its activity and detect possible delays or bottlenecks.
What does the last update date mean?
It is the date and time when the last action or modification was recorded in a process, whether it was a document or data request, document or data validation, download, or any participant interaction.
How to view the last update date
- Access the Processes section
From Trackline, go to Processes to see the full list. - View the process list
In the general view, you will find a column or field that shows the last update date for each process. - Filter or sort by date
To prioritize monitoring, you can filter or sort processes by the most recent date. - Check process details
By opening the process details, you can also see a history with specific dates and actions performed.
