🔄 How to attach information in a process if the participant does not respond

🔄 How to attach information in a process if the participant does not respond

Attach information on behalf of a participant as a user in a process.
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, you can attach information or documents to a process when a participant does not respond to a request, ensuring that the workflow continues without interruptions or bottlenecks.

Steps to attach information on behalf of a participant

  1. Access the process
From the Processes section, select the workflow where you want to intervene.
  2. Identify the pending request
Find the phase and request where the participant has not responded or delivered the required information.
  3. Attach the necessary information
Use the option to add documents, files, or data directly to the process instead of the participant.
  4. Confirm and continue the workflow
Save the changes so the process continues normally without waiting for the original participant’s response.
