In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, you can attach information or documents to a process when a participant does not respond to a request, ensuring that the workflow continues without interruptions or bottlenecks.
Steps to attach information on behalf of a participant
- Access the process
From the Processes section, select the workflow where you want to intervene. - Identify the pending request
Find the phase and request where the participant has not responded or delivered the required information. - Attach the necessary information
Use the option to add documents, files, or data directly to the process instead of the participant. - Confirm and continue the workflow
Save the changes so the process continues normally without waiting for the original participant’s response.
