Once your account is created, go to the Code Contract homepage and log in to start setting up the basics.
1. Profile
Once inside the platform, you can configure your profile by navigating to Settings - Profile.
On this page, you can create, edit, and modify your platform profile, including:
- First and Last Name
- Phone Number
After entering your details, click the Modify button to update all your profile information. Additionally, this page provides other key details, such as:
- Your Blockchain Code
A unique user code that appears in the traceability records in Trackline, signing process records in Consigne, and evidence generated with Smart Check. This code links your user identity to the platform. - Summary of Credits and Storage Used During the Period
If you are an Owner or Administrator, you can view your organization's platform usage. This includes: - Blockchain Records: The number of credits consumed from your license during the defined period.
- Cloud Storage: The amount of cloud space used relative to your contracted storage limit.

2. Account
In addition to your profile, if you are an Owner or Administrator, you can configure your account settings in Code Contract by following these steps:
- Click on your account in Settings - Account.
- From there, you can configure several fields:
- Organization Name: Set the name of your organization.
- Users: Add all the users from your company, assigning them roles:
- Owner: Only one per organization, responsible for the account.
- Administrator: Unlimited number, with access to configurations.
- Editor: Can edit and add information to the platform.
- Viewer: Can view information but cannot make changes.
- Groups: Create, edit, and configure work teams with access limits.
You can create as many work groups as needed, assigning each user their role and group. - Corporate Branding: Add your company logo and personalize your workspace.
- Email Configuration: Link your corporate email account.

3. Notifications
The platform allows you to configure the notification method that best suits your workflow. Navigate to Settings - Notifications.
Each user can independently configure their notification preferences, choosing email, platform notifications, or both. You can specify this setting for each platform functionality.
- Platform Notifications: A new alert will appear on your platform account.
- Email Notifications: You will receive an email from the platform.
- Both: Notifications will be sent via email and displayed on the platform.

4. Contacts
Manage your contacts with a personalized directory accessible at Settings - Contacts.
This section serves as the platform's address book, where you can add, edit, and delete contacts as needed. When saving contacts, you can also include details such as:
- Contact Group: Create, edit, and assign contacts to different groups.
- Language: Specify the language in which the platform communicates with that person.

5. Subscription
If you are an Owner or Administrator, you can configure, view, and modify your company’s subscription information in Settings - Subscription.
In this section, you’ll find details about your current platform plan, what it includes, and options to update your plan based on your company’s needs.
