Platform – Notification Settings

You can customize platform notifications by feature and channel.
Trackline is a functionality of the Code Contract platform that allows you to automate the collection of information from start to finish, without changing the way you work and without the need for manual records.

The platform allows you to choose which notifications you want to receive by feature and channel. To do this, go to: Settings > Notifications.
Notifications are linked to each individual user, so each person can configure their own preferences independently of others in the same organization.

How can I configure notifications by feature?
The platform allows you to configure notifications by feature. This means that as a user, you can select different methods and channels depending on whether it’s Trackline, Consigne or SmartCheck activity.

To edit these settings, simply go to Settings > Notifications and click on the dropdown for the desired feature.

How can I configure notifications by channel?
The platform also allows you to choose the communication channel for your notifications. As a user, you can choose between email and platform messages.
For example, you might want to receive Trackline notifications by both email and platform, while opting for email-only notifications for Consigne and SmartCheck.

To edit the notification channel, simply go to Settings > Notifications and click on the dropdown for the relevant feature.
