⚙️ How to schedule a process in Trackline

Schedule a process to start at another date and time
In Trackline, within the Code Contract platform, scheduling a process allows you to automate its start and execution, ensuring that workflows are activated at the right moment without the need for constant manual intervention.

Steps to schedule a process

1. Access the Processes section
   From the main Trackline menu, select Processes.
2. Select or create a process
   Choose an existing process or create a new one based on a template.
3. Configure scheduling
   When clicking Create process, you can choose between Create immediate process or Schedule process.
4. Define when you want the process to start
   It can be at a specific date and time, after another process finishes, or based on a defined condition.
5. Save and activate scheduling
   Review the configuration and save the changes so the process runs automatically according to the set schedule.
